Export your list of folders or files in any directory on your Windows computer into a text file, then import the data into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Open or extract the zip-file and double click on ExportOutlookFolders.vbs Select the mailbox or folder you want to export the folder names of. Select whether you want to structure the output or not (see the example screenshots below). Within a few seconds the file outlookfolders.txt will appear on your Desktop containing the exported folder names.

How To Easily Create and Export File and Folder Lists

Besides listing, printing and exporting of file lists, the files can directly be copied, moved or deleted under the tab “Action”. When copying/moving, if necessary, the original creation date of the files can be retained.
